Guarantee and return of goods

* Warranty card, consignment note are stored until the end of the warranty period;

• The cabinet furniture we sell has an official warranty from the manufacturers;
• Warranty period - 12 months for cabinet furniture. Additional warranty of 24 months, provided by the manufacturer for the main engineering units and load-bearing parts of upholstered furniture;
• Warranty confirmation is the warranty card that the customer receives upon delivery;
• Upon receipt of the goods, the integrity of the packaging is checked, glass and mirrors are checked;
• The guarantee is provided subject to assembly by Baltic House service technicians. If the assembly is carried out independently, it is necessary to check all the components for defects. If defects are found, the assembly must be stopped, as the parts with traces of assembly are not subject to return or exchange and inform us (by phone, specified in the accompanying documents), the factory packaging is in any case stored until assembly;
• The warranty may be voided if the parts are damaged as a result of self-assembly, mechanical impact, animal damage or improper operation. In such cases, the repair is carried out at the expense of the buyer;
• The warranty does not apply to the goods if the buyer at the time of sale was informed of the defects of the goods and received an additional discount;

Return of goods

* In case of return, refusal to accept the goods, the customer pays for delivery in both directions;

• The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days, if it does not fit the size, color or shape, provided that the appearance of the product, factory packaging, labeling and labels;
• Returns or replacements are not made if the product is made individually, in a non-standard size, in a certain selected fabric;
• Return and replacement of goods is not carried out if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, the inspection of the goods by the service department revealed violations of factory packaging, traces of assembly;
• Refunds are made by agreement of the parties within 3 working days from the date of registration of the application from the buyer and the provision of necessary documents in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (copy of passport and copy of TIN) but not later than 7 working days; >
